In September, the Foundation assisted in organizing the “2017 National Conference on HIV/AIDS”. Dr. Leong Che-hung, Chairman of the Foundation gave an opening speech. In November, the 7th Meeting of Alumni Association-China Training Project, with the theme “Our three 90s”, was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Nearly 300 front-line members from governments, international organizations, provincial, municipal and autonomous regions’ center for disease control and prevention, designated medical institutions, and social organizations attended the meeting.

In July, Dr. Leong Che-hung, Chairman of the Foundation, together with Ms. Eris Lau, Chief Executive of the Foundation, took the flight to Beijing and signed the Cooperation Agreement (2016 to 2020) with Chinese Association of STD and AIDS Prevention and Control. In October, the Foundation participated in the “2016 National Conference on HIV/AIDS” in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Dr. Leong Che-hung, Chairman of the Foundation, gave an opening speech as the Vice Chairman of the Conference Committee. In November, the Foundation assisted in organizing the “4th AIDS Forum of Beijing, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan”. Dr. Leong Che-hung, Chairman of the Foundation, and Ms. Eris Lau, Chief Executive of the Foundation, gave speeches and shared their experience.
